Nov 2023, A trip up the A1 to Rotherham to document Dean & Glenn Charlton as they set up their dream project - Hooton’s Walled Nursery. Dean formerly of Great Dixter and Beth Chatto gardens has decided to head home and set up the nursery with his Dad in the site of a 400 year old walled garden. The doors opened in May and I can’t wait to see this story unfold as they join an exciting horticultural community in Yorkshire.
